This OPEN STUDIO TIME is for students who have taken at least ONE two-day encaustic workshop with Bridget, or have equivalent encaustic experience. If you want to make sure you qualify, shoot us an email at gallery@310art.com!

Encaustic open studio days are FINALLY here! Let’s put the new encaustic classroom to use and build community while we do it. 

Bridget will set up the classroom, provide all the equipment and basic materials from her Encaustic Comprehensive workshop (including up to ½ lb of encaustic medium each) and have the wax warm when you walk in! There won’t be any organized demos or instruction, but Bridget will be available to help you problem solve and remind you of the basic steps.   

If you’ve been wanting to work on an encaustic project but don’t have an encaustic set-up at home, this is the perfect opportunity! Start a new piece, bring in a work-in-progress, or try something new! Refine or practice a technique, or get some support on that project you’ve been envisioning. Bonus? Get out of the house, hang out with your fellow encaustic buddies, and get the inspiration flowing!
